If anyone can give me tips on how to draw and colour an entire forest in the background of a picture it'd be much appreciated. I know that sounds like a weird question, but the picture I'm working on has a creature jumping over a log with forest in the foreground and background, you know plants, trees things like that. I'm thinking about just using stock photos of plants and textures from Google to make it look super realistic as well as putting my own drawing in there.
Anyway that's what I'm trying to work on, but as you can see I'm NO whiz at colouring in Photoshop. All my stuff looks cartoony, and looks like it was done in Paint :/ I rea

I have been really busy working for the last little while, so its been hard to find the energy or will to draw anything, but hopefully something will spark my imagination. I may not be as half as talented as many of the people on here, but thank you to those who have liked my art and thank you to those whose art I enjoy; you all inspire me to be better at what I love to do!
